In my experience, they are quick to get you in and out. Yes, that is a positive but also I feel so rushed by my Dr. There’s not time to go over details. The care I have received has been inconsistent. One time I have had a great experience with one of the nurses and the next time I was there she was so short with me. I know they are running on a tight schedule and healthcare is a hard field but I miss feeling more cared for by a doctor and their team. I wouldn’t recommend.

I was called on the phone several weeks ago to make a wellness visit date which I did. When I went for the appointment I was told there was no appointment on the schedule for me. the Admin wanted to make a new appointment but I said no. The walk to the front door from parking lot is up an incline and around to the front of the building. For someone who has a difficult time walking this can be quite a challenge. No other way to enter the building apparently. I will not be returning and if you have trouble walking I suggest finding another health care facility if you can. Be sure to call ahead to see whether they have your appointment on the schedule which I should have done. Only learned it was not there when I got to the facility. What a bummer.

Currently sitting here at 11:45 am for our 11 am scheduled appointment with Dr Mays. When we made this appointment we were warned if we are more than 15 min late our appointment will be cancelled & we would be billed. I just asked the front desk & all they could tell me is that he must be behind schedule. Our time is money too. We have a life & jobs etc that we have to take time off. Maybe stop trying to schedule your patients in 15 min over-lapping intervals. Maybe you need an actual hour per appointment especially because it’s a yearly exam. We have been coming here for at least 20 yrs. It’s more than frustrating. There’s no emergency it’s just their greed & lack of consideration for our time.

Great doctor's office for my family! I love being able to take care of mine & my daughters appointments & the doctors are always good to us! The front desk girls are always so sweet & polite. They get us checked in & out quickly. They’re always sweet to my daughter & make sure she gets her stickers on the way out! If you’re looking for a family friendly doctor’s office, this is the one!
